Insolia is an organic Sicilian wine that presents itself to the eye of a straw yellow color, The nose expresses intense aromas and fine quality. If, at first glance, this autochthonous variety is characterized by the typical aromas, it surprises for its subsequent exotic hints. The taste is confirmed well structured and balanced, of good intensity with a persistent finish. Overall it is a wine with good body and good harmony that expresses the particular characteristics of the grape from which it derives. Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with seafood, shellfish and all fish-based dishes, especially with grilled squid and fried blue fish. Excellent with spaghetti with bottarga or with swordfish and Pachino tomatoes.
