Review
Coltibuono's Chianti Classico comes from Sangiovese and native complementary grapes grown organically and vinified in an absolutely natural way. For its fruity and expressive style, for the kind and pleasant structure, for its long history, it is considered one of the most representative wines of the Chianti Classico.
Strong ruby red color, with aromas of iris, violets, morello cherries, tobacco and black pepper. The taste is dry, with well balanced acidity and tannins. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid, quite warm and persistent. The taste has mineral hints, red fruit, leather and roasting aromas.
