Spontaneous fermentation product, it has a beautiful bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose evokes citrus fruits, hay, dried flowers and anise. Mineral, harmonious, very persistent, savory palate. Accompanies elaborate first courses, white meats, fish and shellfish dishes.
