Review
Vinification in steel, draft, end of fermentation in the bottle and stand on the lees for at least 30 months. It differs from Brut by the absence of residual sugars. Zero dosage. Straw yellow color with golden and greenish reflections. It is expressed in a pure, intense way on aromas of orange blossom and bread crust. On the palate it is pleasantly dry with a rare structure.
