Review

Podere Palazzo della Torre is located in Fumane di Valpolicella, where the characteristic clayey, limestone and rich in skeleton soils are the backdrop to the vineyards that surround Villa Della Torre, a splendid Renaissance residence owned by the Allegrini family. This is one of the wines that made Allegrini famous in the world: Sangiovese is added to the autochthonous varietal composition (Corvina and Rondinella); a selected part of the harvest is dried until December to then join the wine from fresh grapes.

The result is a bright red color, full-bodied and velvety taste and in harmony with the olfactory notes of ripe fruit but fresh and fragrant at the same time. The important tannin and structure guarantee a great aging potential. A classic of Italian oenology that fits perfectly with the gastronomic tradition of his country.
