Arising from the privileged Bussia de Monforte d'Alba cru, the Cicala Barolo is an austere and exemplary wine that's fresh, mineral, spicy and a touch sharp. Following a traditional vinification, and after 30 days of maceration, the wine proceeds to age for 28 months in barrels.
