The wine
Adami Dei Castel is a pleasant straw-yellow sparkling wine, with dense foam and fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals a broad and balanced perfume, with fruity notes of yellow apple, peach and exotic fruit, together with wisteria and acacia flowers. The taste is soft, fresh, harmonious and corresponding to the nose, therefore delicately fruity. Of good fullness and length, it is an excellent aperitif, suitable for all occasions and meetings. It goes well with dry pastries, snacks and non-creamy cakes. Particularly suitable to accompany Pandoro and Panettone.
