Aktuell verantwortet Jaume Pujol die Klosterweine von Poblet, und damit auch den neuen „Abadia de Poblet Rosat 2021“. Natürlich ist man versucht, diesen 50:50 Garnatxa-Trepat-Rosat mit Rofes grandiosem Pla dels Àngels von Scala Dei zu vergleichen. Doch obwohl Philosophie und Terroir-Gedanke gleich sind, den Unterschied macht die Conca-Rebsorte Trepat. Sie ergänzt die Feinheit und Fruchtigkeit der Garnatxa mit prägender Würze und Delikatesse. Sehr charmant.
