The wine
White wine from old vines. Prepared in homage to 8 beautiful images of the cultural heritage of the towns of the Sierra de Salamanca. A wine, which in a significant percentage incorporates the Rufete Blanca, native variety settled in the Sierra for many years, and that will surely delight the most curious and demanding palates.
Greenish yellow, clean and bright. Intense aromas of great complexity; to exotic fruits and floral nuances. On the palate it is tasty and aromatic, cheerful, vivacious and full-bodied.
NOTE: He came out of the PDO Sierra de Salamanca when he had in his coupage Rufete Blanco, native grape of the area, not registered in the Catalog of Vegetable Varieties of Spain.
