Description
Vermut Padró Rojo Clásico is a tribute to the traditional vermouth that used to be sold in the wine cellars or that we used to drink religiously on Sundays at lunchtime in the neighbourhood bars or village cafés. The wine is made with Macabeo and Xarel-lo grapes from our own vineyards. After the first winter, sugar and the herbal formula are added, resulting in a vermouth base that will be left to rest and refine in chestnut casks from the 1960s, once used for transporting wine and nowadays adapted for storing vermouth.
