Sangria La Cala No. 19 is prepared by Lolea under the ever watchful eye of team Albert Adrià mixologists, led by Marc Alvarez. A select, gourmet, spicy and fruity product, hand-crafted from the finest raw materials (a base of red wine garnacha, tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon) and natural extracts of cinnamon, orange and rosemary on hand.
Serve her fresh and ice, not very cold, as a young red wine, and enjoy its intense aromas of red wine and rosemary, and a nice orange background. The palate is pleasant and intense, with a drying sensation, notes of cinnamon and a frothy texture.
