This Brut vintage has received excellent reviews in its short time on the market, which coincide in highlighting the wine's originality. It has quickly gained many fans among both wine-lovers and the hospitality industry.
What does this wine taste like?
A wonderfully flavoursome, deep and complex wine with an excellent stylized body, a long mouthfeel and a saline taste which makes it stand out from other sparkling wines. Izar-Leku is a wine brimming with energy, a great aromatic complexity, and a strong minerality. Nuts and marine sensations provide its aromas, while the sensations in the mouth are both wide and long. Its precision, dryness, and purity make it an irresistible and extremely moreish drink.

Bodegas Artadi is, in fact, the name by which the Cosecheros Alaveses cooperative is known, a well-orchestrated project that started up in 1985, in which several vine-growing associates became involved to show that cosechero (young red) wine could also prove to be great wine. They were successful, with their cosecheros and all the other wines they have added to their catalogue.
