I really can't understand why Prosecco is so popular in the UK. For me Cava beats it hands down, It's méthode champenoise for Cava and some industrial process for Prosecco. Took a chance on this semi seco to fill the void left by the demise of Freixnets Cordon Oro. Well it was just great. Fresh crisp notes and a slight sweetness. Will need to order again soon!
