This is a very good cava with a creamy bubbles, a dry mouthfeel and pleasant odors of apple and citrus

Absolutely delicious sparkling wine from Penedés. Integrated and small bubbles, more colorfull than most Cavas, probably due to the grape type (Malvasia de Sitges). It is reasonably wide and long, with a clear apple flavor, some minerality. Great, great sparkling wine for the price (five stars for the value). It is very original, a must for anyone aiming at something good but different from this region. I give it four stars.
