The wine
Vie di Romans Prin Freet is an intense wine and inviting yellow bright green. The nose reveals a typically varietal wine, with fruity aromas of peach and apricot notes and tertiary minerals. On the palate retains the dryness typical of the variety but over a white fruity soft, with good acidity and a final purely mineral. Great served on carpaccio of smoked swordfish, salmon en croute, mussels and fries Breton.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC

The winery
Vie di Romans
From eco-sustainable vineyards, the Mariano del Friuli's winery works with a very high selection of grapes and an accurate reduction of yields, which produce exciting, clean, territorial and electrifying wines. Gianfranco, with his broad experience and most-updated knowledge, has thus brought his wines from high Isonzo to winning the highest international awards, at ease in competing with the older Loire and Burgundy brothers.
