Vallarom Pinot Nero

Vallarom Pinot Nero is a structured and enveloping wine, of a brilliant ruby red color with garnet nuances. The nose expresses an interesting personality with intense, clean and elegant aromas ranging from cherry, raspberry and strawberry, followed by notes of vanilla and dried violet. Also pleasant hints of black pepper, liquorice and chocolate are perceptible. In the mouth it shows good correspondence to the nose, slightly tannic attack, good freshness well balanced by alcohol, bitter aftertaste. Ideal to accompany roast meats, stewed with mushrooms and aged cheeses.
