Made from strains between 25 and 30 years old, cultivated between 600-700 meters of altitude, on clay-calcareous soils. Manual harvest and spontaneous fermentation, in stainless steel tank.
Clean yellow with golden highlights, expressive nose with fruity notes: peach skin and citrus. In the mouth balanced, fresh and with ample pitch.
