Cordero San Giorgio Piasa

Intense and bright cherry pink color. The nose is expressed with a markedly fruity bouquet, where the aromas of small berries, such as raspberry and wild strawberry, are completed with fresh floral aromas of violet and rose. The fruit is found in the mouth, well balanced by a fresh acidity and a pleasant sapidity, revealing a rich and fragrant wine with good persistence. Versatile in combinations, it is excellent to accompany cold cuts, cold cuts, light cheeses, grilled meats and pizza. Also ideal in combination with shellfish, fried anchovies or fried fish.
