The wine
Tasca d'Almerita Rosso del Conte saw the light in 1970, the first expression of great quality and longevity produced in Sicily. Upon visual examination it stands out for its intense color, a brilliant ruby red almost like ink. The nose reveals intense hints of spices, licorice, coffee with a finish of ripe red fruit. In the mouth it is striking for its elegance, harmony, softness and good freshness. Persistent in the finish. Excellent to accompany large dishes of red meat, roast, braised, game.
