Review
Since 2001 Pinot Bianco has been part of the Sanct Valentin flagship line. Extremely low yields from single and carefully selected portions of vines guarantee that from these grapes, for a long time unfairly underestimated, a lively and full of energy top wine can be vinified. Aged in wood it stands out on the one hand for strength and fullness, on the other for clarity and fine minerality. Its longevity testifies to a quality out of the ordinary.
