The wine
Vermentino Ambat is a rich and complex wine, showing a beautiful straw yellow color; the nose gives very pleasant sensations composed of notes of white flowers, exotic fruits, white almond and anise. The sip is large but graceful, with a crisp, savory and marine finish. Sparkling and overwhelming. Excellent to drink. Perfectly accompanies any meal based on fish.
