The wine
Santero 958 Calavera is an extra dry sparkling wine, at sight it has a straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals pleasant floral notes that tempt the sip; on the palate it is fresh and persistent. Excellent in combination with good sushi and fish dishes in general. Also good with white meats.
