The wine
The Chianti Podere Gamba shows a beautiful intense ruby red color; the aromatic profile is composed of pleasant notes of dark pulp fruit and hints of violets, coffee and licorice. The sip is broad and exuberant, balanced by freshness and velvety tannins. Excellent persistence. This Chianti goes beautifully with red meats, especially grilled meats and stewed or braised meats. Also excellent with meats and important cheeses.
