The wine
The Sauvignon Salici di Ronco del Gnemiz is an intense white wine produced in Friuli. At sight it has a golden yellow color; on the nose the bouquet is wide and intense, composed of vegetal and mineral notes and hints of white pulp burp and mountain herbs. The taste is warm and mineral, well balanced and pleasant. Excellent persistence and final freshness. It goes perfectly with fish and vegetable dishes.
