Matassa Brutal Tommy Ferriol 2025 comes from the Côtes Catalanes IGP in Roussillon, southern France, made by Matassa — a small, highly regarded estate founded by Tom Lubbe and known for natural, biodynamic winemaking and old-vine fruit. This particular wine is an unusual blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Moscatel, at a notably low 10% ABV for a Syrah-based red, giving it a light-bodied, low-intervention character rather than a rich, brawny one. It's a new addition to our range from a producer we're proud to stock for its expressive, natural wines.
