Produced with grapes selected from a single vineyard, More Maiorum is the ultimate expression of the Fiano vine. The wine is a tribute to the tradition of white wine making in Irpinia: hence the name, which harkps back to the respect of the customs of its ancestors. It comes from a Lapio vineyard, at 400 metres above sea level, particularly rich in skeleton and calcareous-clayey mix, which gives it its structure and at the same time great minerality.
Vinified and aged for six months in acacia barrique, More Maiorum is an expressive bright golden yellow Fiano. The bouquet is fresh and complex, full of spicy notes that blend with lime floral ones, acacia and honey. On the palate it has intense and mineral notes reminiscent of apricot and orange peel, followed by a very long toasted hazelnut finish, typical of Fiano. Perfect with elaborate fish dishes, first shellfish dishes, risotto with vegetables, white meats and buffalo mozzarella.

Profond
