Maso Martis Madame Martis is a refined and intense sparkling wine, with a golden straw yellow coat. The olfactory picture highlights a singular richness of aromas, with notes of yeast, brioche, vanilla, sugared almond, acacia honey, small unripe red fruits and a subtle hint of mineral. In the mouth it suggests flavors of crumbly biscuit, hazelnut and fumé; salty and fresh, it gives a fine sensation of tannins, showing an important and balanced structure on the palate; dry and long finish.
