The wine
The Cavallina looks bright golden yellow; the nose expresses mineral, floral and fruit notes with yellow flesh such as peach and apricots. The sip is well balanced but intense, savory, mineral and fruity with an elegant finish. Excellent in combination with Caciucco, fish soups, stewed fish and both mature and fresh cheeses.
