The wine
The Brut Millesimato is straw yellow in color with golden reflections; the nose is broad and complex, expressing notes of exotic fruit, ie melon and pineapple and hints of sugared almonds, sponge cake and hints of citrus. The sip is characterized by freshness and character, a savory vein accompanies the tasting and in the final notes there are hints of pastry. Excellent in combination with shellfish and fish.
