La Zorra Garnacha Calabrés

Red wine of the low variety Calabrés or Garnacha Calabresa, exclusive clone of the Sierra de Francia, from three vineyards in two different places, on slate and granitic soils. It matured 5 months in French barrels before bottling and spent 12 months in flipped cauldron before being put on the market to fully refine it.

Red wine of medium intensity red cardinal with burgundy trim. Clean and bright. In the glass it presents a balsamic character with aromas of persimmon and pepper. Full and mature. Powerful and complex entrance with a mixture of tactile sensations that make the taste buds vibrate and brighten the palate. Agile wine with a balanced acidity, in the aftertaste reminiscent of chopped tobacco and cloves. Medium-high persistence with a very positive feeling.
