The wine
Lively and bright straw yellow with evident greenish reflections. It presents the nose with an intense and persistent typically varietal aroma. Scents of great intensity and finesse stand out, with typically vegetal sensations of sage and tomato leaf, which mix with more fruity and delicate notes such as melon and yellow pepper. Freshness and aromas that we find in the mouth, to enhance a fresh and dry taste, in a perfect balance. Intense and enveloping closes with a long aromatic persistence. It is an aperitif and appetizer wine. It goes well with lobster, lobster, scampi, salmon and saltwater fish. Also excellent with creams and soups, risotto and dishes with aromatic herbs.
