The wine
Intense ruby red with violet reflections; takes on shades tending to garnet with aging. Clearly vinous bouquet, broad, rich and intense, anchored on fruity and spicy notes, of undergrowth, wild blackberry, raspberry, cocoa, tobacco. It has a dry, full taste, remarkable structure, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. A subtle and delicate hint of vanilla pleasantly blends into the set of taste-olfactory sensations. Perfect accompanied with fatty meats, poultry, stews, with the exception of game in spicy sauce.
