The wine
A single varietal Malvasía from Sitges, perfumed with aromas of peach, orange blossom and grated lemon rind. A superb Mediterranean white which respects the variety’s essence and picks up its natural acidity in a pleasurable and gentle way, with an unctuous and very fresh palate. It’s balsamic and saline, just a touch bitter, and exciting right from the first sip.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
