Bright straw yellow with light green reflections. On the nose it expresses a large bouquet with notes of fruit and herbal nuances; fresh yellow apple, honeydew melon, dried chamomile and notes of graphite. On the palate it is harmonious with a salty finish, creamy consistency and crunchy acidity; pleasant aftertaste. Gorgeous with a fish soup, Herb risotto, grilled fish and poultry.
