The wine
Mosnel Brut is a white sparkling wine of great intensity and freshness. It is pale yellow in colour with slight golden reflections and greenish nuances. On the nose, the aroma is delicate, fine and persistent, predominantly fruity, with notes of peach, lemon, citron, pineapple and toasted almonds. It also features yeast fragrances and bread crust, herbs and spices. The taste is dry, velvety, with strong harmonicity; the persistent foam and the finest perlage is a highlight. Especially suitable as an aperitif and to accompany fish dishes.
