Fongaro Lessini Durello Brut

Venetian sparkling wine produced with the classic method; it shows a bright golden color with a fine and elegant perlage. The olfactory impact is of great intensity characterized by notes of bread crust, peanut butter and hazelnut. As the minutes pass, the bouquet is enriched by floral notes accompanied by sensations of exotic fruit, yellow grapefruit and limoncella apple. Pleasant nuances of vanilla and sweet tobacco further embellish the aromatic frame of the wine. On the palate it is dry, taut but at the same time soft and velvety, the elegant freshness gives way to bursting toasted notes and exotic fruit that give a harmonious and intense taste. Elegant and well-balanced finish. Much appreciated as an aperitif accompanied by a 24/30 month Grana Padano. In combination with a plate of gnocchi with porcini mushroom ragout, a mushroom stew or a rabbit hunter.
