The wine
Ettore Germano Nebbiolo is a powerful and full-bodied red, ruby red in color with medium intensity garnet reflections. The nose reveals powerful hints of fresh fruit (cherry in the foreground), with floral notes of violet. In the mouth the entrance is full, warm, with enveloping tannins. Pleasant light astringency that pleasantly cleans the mouth and a persistent return of retro-aromatic sensations. Excellent in combination with hot appetizers, light first and second courses.
