Wine with a more or less intense ruby red color. Ample, persistent, fine, fruity aroma, with hints of rose, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry combined with a light vinosity. The flavor is dry, savory but fairly soft, pleasantly warm, with a balanced structure, continuous, with delicate tannins. Suitable to accompany first courses such as ravioli alla genovese, risotto with meat sauce, cannelloni and second courses also of discreet commitment such as Genoese top, veal with mushrooms, roasted feathered game, Ligurian stockfish, fish soup and many other dishes of the kitchen regional Italian.
