Verjago comes from highly selected grapes from the hilly vineyards which, after manual harvesting in crates, are left to dry for 40 days in special rooms, the fruit stands; followed by careful vinification and aging in wood then in the bottle. The result is a noble and captivating Valpolicella, which goes perfectly with all types of meat, both grilled and braised, and with aged cheeses.
