The wine
The Riserva Special Cuvée Extrabrut bubbles of the Contratto company show a beautiful intense and sparkling golden yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. the scent is inviting and persuasive composed of notes of dried fruit and citrus touches with a mineral vein. In the mouth it does not disappoint expectations and gives a vertical sip, very fresh and very savory, with excellent structure.
