Review
Colterenzio's Cabernet is a South Tyrolean red wine; in the vinification and aging processes it acquires a deep dark purple color. The nose reveals deep hints of red fruits, in particular currants and raspberries. In the mouth you can feel the full tannins and the extraordinary persistence. Perfect in combination with savory dishes based on red meat, grilled or roasted, game, lamb and spicy cheeses.
