The wine
An oak-aged white, mainly made from the Viognier variety, which endows it with complexity and fine, smoky, floral and vanilla notes.
Due to the ageing, it augurs well for a lengthy and good evolution in bottle.
Fermented in new French oak barrels and aged on its lees in barrel.
