Wine of refined elegance that encloses the land of origin, takes its name from the legendary Dioscuri to which the ancient temple of Castor and Pollux is dedicated, whose imposing remains enrich the archaeological heritage of Cori. It is obtained from the pure vinification of Bellone. Brilliant straw yellow, the nose is delicately fruity, with notes of yellow flesh and hawthorn pulp. Harmonious, young, lively, intense and persistent, it accompanies delicate first courses, fresh vegetables and fish dishes.
