Château Suduiraut 2018 is a refined and balanced Sauternes, made mainly from Sémillon and a small proportion of Sauvignon Blanc. Deep golden in colour with amber highlights, it seduces with a complex nose of candied fruits, honey, saffron and white flowers, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla and almonds. On the palate, its silky texture and vibrant acidity perfectly balance its sweetness, displaying flavours of caramelised citrus, exotic fruits and mild spices, with a long, elegant finish. Ideal for pairing with foie gras, blue cheeses and fruity desserts, or to enjoy on its own as a meditation wine, this Sauternes has great cellaring potential, evolving over time towards greater complexity and depth.

Wine critics reviewsReviews by Parker, Jancis Robinson, and Suckling
The 2017 Suduiraut has a compelling brininess to the nose with a core of lemon curd, lime cordial and green mango with touches of musk perfume and chalk dust. The mouth is very rich and packed with decadent layers, with just enough freshness and great length.
Tasted blind. Mid gold colour. Toasted cereals and honeyed cashew on the nose. Smoky and bold. Very sweet on entry, lots of caramel. There is some fruit underneath, but the perception is largely of a glob of brown sugar. Long. Perhaps it needs time to knit together?

ROBINSON
Yum. Aromas of orange blossom, lemon curd, dried apricot and cooked pears fill the glass. It’s full-bodied and very sweet, yet tangy and lively from the vibrant acidity. Extremely long on the finish. Better in 2025, but already a joy to taste.

Un maravilloso Sauteners
Su sutil dulzor combina maravillosamente con un buen mitcuit o un queso como el gorgomzola. Probablemente uno de los mejores Sauteners
