The Hervé family, historic owners of Château Moulin Haut Laroque, made his first bottling at the château with the 1890 vintage. Equipped with an ultramodern vat room, Jean-Noël Hervé thus strives to conjure up tradition and purity in his work. Its wine is a flagship of this region of Fronsac. All the world press tests it and notes it among the classified and assimilated wines.
