Castello di Radda Chianti Classico Riserva

The Chianti Classico Riserva produced by Castello di Radda is an excellent expression of pure Sangiovese that ages in wood for 20 months. At sight it has a clear ruby red color with light reflections tending to garnet color; the nose is broad and expresses hints of ripe red fruit and undergrowth and spicy and vanilla notes. The sip in the mouth is satisfying, balanced between softness and acidity. Sapid and persistent. Excellent in combination with red meat dishes, game, game and aged cheeses.
