Ivag is a delicate, fruity wine, ready and easy to drink. Straw yellow, the nose expresses floral notes that blend with clear mineral hints. In the mouth it is textured, relaxed, elegant, characterized by excellent acidity and a particularly fragrant finish. Also excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to drink chilled to accompany vegetarian dishes, soups and velvety. Try it with a fresh gazpacho.
