Boschis Vigna dei Prey is a concentrated and impenetrable wine in its dark ruby red with violet reflections. Compact and slow, it hits the nose for the mix of alcohol and ripe black fruit. Warm and round, it opens slowly and shows off a convincing bouquet in terms of persistence and intensity, with sweet hints of plum, blackberry and small black berries that are well integrated with sharp mineral notes and spicy spices. It expresses its best side in the drink, giving an infinitely rich, material, juicy and vibrant sip. Tannic and full-bodied, powerful and robust, but with a pleasant acidity that gives it a good agility and makes it very pleasant in its food function.
