The wine
Anselmi San Vincenzo is a beautiful dry white with a straw yellow color. The nose expresses an intense fruity bouquet, with mineral and citrus notes in which hints of apple and lemon are recognized. In the mouth there is a clear correspondence with the aromas. Very fine wine, very pleasant, persistent and well balanced, on the table it goes well with dishes based on fish and vegetables.
