Wines from recovered grapes

In the shadow of the great international grape varieties live, in some cases almost anonymously, regional or native grapes—varieties with a long tradition in a specific region. Most of these grapes have been cultivated for a long time in a particular environment, and their adaptation to it is perfect. They fit the soil and climate like a glove and express a sense of terroir that an international variety could hardly match.
They are different grapes, varieties full of character: sometimes pale in color with vibrant acidity, at other times deeply colored and seductively aromatic. Whatever their style, minority grape varieties are historical grapes, deeply rooted in a territory whose culture they form part of and whose story they tell through a glass of wine.
So that you may enjoy and appreciate them in all their splendor, we have prepared a selection of the best single-varietal wines currently produced in Spain.
